Assistance

Librarian guidance

Librarians are available to help with everything from refining research topics to finding and citing sources. They also provide guidance on data management, copyright, and literature searches.

For expert guidance on intellectual property, visit the Patent and Trademark Resource Center, one of three centers in Arizona.

ITS Service Desk

Visit the in-person technology service center on the first floor, part of the ITS Service Desk, where troubleshooting, software support, and hardware repairs are available. Assistance is also offered for the MakerLab and studio services.

Services for online students

Online students have full access to library resources, including document delivery, media streaming, writing help, technology assistance, and 3D printing. The Cline library can also assist with accessing other Arizona libraries.

Faculty services

We support faculty in multiple ways, including information literacy instruction, classroom support, research assistance, and document delivery service.

Carrels and lockers

Faculty can check out carrel desks for an academic year and students can reserve lockers for a semester. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
