Employee tuition reduction

Eligible NAU employees and their families can take advantage of reduced tuition at any of the three Arizona public universities through a program sponsored by the Arizona Board of Regents.

Who can use this benefit

  • Current benefit-eligible employees
  • Official NAU retirees
  • Former employees on long-term disability (with 5+ years of service)
  • Designated affiliates
  • Spouses and dependents of deceased eligible employees

Planning to use your tuition benefit at NAU? Complete the Employee Tuition Reduction Program (e-TRP) request form. You’ll need your employee login to access and submit the form.

If you're employed by Arizona State University or University of Arizona and plan to attend NAU, use your home institution’s tuition reduction form. Send your completed form to NAU’s Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid via email or drop it off in person.
