Arizona campuses

Choose the NAU Experience that fits your life. Study at our vibrant main campus in Flagstaff, take classes at one of our many locations across Arizona, or learn from anywhere through NAU Online.

2 NAU Access

We offer education through locations across Arizona, online programs, and innovative partnerships. This includes all of our access options outside of the Flagstaff campus: statewide sites, online learning, A++ partnerships, and business-to-business programs.

Our programs are designed to support Arizona’s workforce needs. At the undergraduate level, we focus on fields like education and the social sciences. At the graduate level, we offer programs in computer and information sciences, education, and health professions. These areas align with high-demand jobs in the state and help support economic mobility and prosperity for all Arizonans.

NAU Phoenix Bioscience Core

Advance your medical career at the Phoenix Bioscience Core by earning a graduate healthcare degree. Located in downtown Phoenix, this 30-acre medical and bioscience campus offers interdisciplinary programs where students from various professional medical fields learn and train together.

Statewide experience

Whether you are working full-time or staying close to home, you can find a program that fits your needs. You will start classes with a group of students in the same program, allowing you to build connections as you learn together. Courses are taught by faculty with experience in their fields and are offered in a hybrid format that includes both in-person and online instruction.

Our transfer programs let you begin at your community college and complete your degree at NAU, providing a more affordable way to earn your degree. JacksPath is designed for students who have already earned college credits and want to transfer to NAU. It’s an interactive tool that helps you understand your transfer path, your degree plan, and what to expect after graduation.

Education that fits your life

Life is busy. That’s why we offer multiple ways to earn your degree:

  • A++ high school pathways that help you earn college credit early
  • Statewide campuses across Arizona, bringing NAU closer to home
  • Online programs built for working adults with busy schedules
  • Community college partnerships that make transferring seamless
  • Business-to-business programs that bring education straight to the workplace

We’re not just expanding access—we’re doing it with purpose. Our degrees are aligned with the careers Arizona needs most, from education and healthcare to tech and public service.

Built for Arizona’s workforce

NAU is all-in on helping Arizona grow. Programs like our Mesa Workforce Development Center are designed to get students job-ready with affordable degrees that meet the needs of local industries.

At the School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, students gain real-world experience through industry partnerships, learning how to think on their feet, work with people, and adapt to new tech—skills that matter in any job.

With the hybrid Doctor of Physical Therapy program I’m able to do things in my personal life and continue working as a therapy aide in a hospital, so I’m able to learn in a different way. That has really been foundational. They help us get the skills we need for clinical practice.
