Whether you’re a proud Lumberjack parent, sibling, grandparent, or friend, Family Weekend is your chance to make unforgettable memories with your NAU student while soaking up the vibrant energy of our Flagstaff campus.

Tickets and events
Some events are free, others may require a ticket. More information will be available in Summer 2025. Events in previous years have included some or all of the following:
- Wake-up Walk: A casual walk around south campus to meet other families and see the area.
- Casino Night: A themed event with fun money, raffles, and auctions, hosted by NAU’s School of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
- Block Party BBQ: A family-friendly BBQ with food, games, and live music.
- Movie Night: A free movie screening with concessions.
- Family 5K Run & 2 Mile Walk: A fun way to start the day on Game Day.
- Ultimate Family Fun Zone: Games and activities for all ages.
- Lumberjack Street Fair (BBQ): Food, games, and entertainment.
- NAU Football Game: Attend the NAU football game against Northern Colorado.
- Family Brunch: A brunch event at the du Bois Center.
- NAU Symphony Orchestra: Enjoy a performance by the NAU Symphony Orchestra.
