On-campus housing at Northern Arizona University includes your room plus all utilities, high-speed internet access, and laundry. On-campus housing is a cost-effective and convenient option for students looking to live in a comfortable environment steps away from campus resources.

Rates for the 2025–26 academic year
The rates listed below are for the 2025–26 academic year (August–May). The “rent rate per resident” is divided into six (6) installments over the academic year (three per semester). Please review the license agreement for additional details.
Rent charges for the fall semester are due:
- August 18, 2025
- September 15, 2025
- October 15, 2025
Rent charges for the spring semester are due:
- January 5, 2026
- February 15, 2026
- March 15, 2026
