McKay Village Apartments

McKay Village offers an apartment-style living community featuring modern amenities, multiple floor plans, and a balance of independence and on-campus convenience.

McKay Village is an apartment-style Campus Living Community for sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students. The community offers four unit types housing two, three, or four students. Each apartment features private bedrooms, a full kitchen with dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, living area, and bathroom. The larger living spaces give you room to spread out while still staying close to class, campus events, and friends.

Located on central campus, it's just an 8-minute walk to off-campus restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The hall is named after NAU alumna Kay McKay, founder of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Flagstaff and a long-time advocate for education.
