Tinsley is a coed, traditional-style Campus Living Community for freshmen and sophomores. Each room houses two students and includes a loftable twin bed, wardrobe storage, and an in-room sink. Shared spaces include two courtyards, study areas, and a game room with a pool table above the main lobby. It’s a great spot to live if you want to stay connected, have convenient access to classrooms, dining options, and even a quick walk to Target for essentials.

Located in the Central District with bus stops nearby, Tinsley makes it easy to get around campus. It was named after Dr. William W. Tinsley, who served NAU for 35 years and left a legacy of support through a scholarship for students in social studies.
