Whether you need a snack between classes or a few groceries for the week, NAU’s campus markets are designed to make life on campus easier. Each one offers fresh food, quick bites, and daily essentials that match your lifestyle and schedule.

Open Air Market

It’s like a farmers market, right on campus! The Open Air Market happens each fall and spring and features local, organic products from farms and small businesses throughout the region.

Hours (open seasonally)

• Fall semester: Sept. 21–Oct. 26
• Spring semester: Mar. 19–Apr. 23

Hours: Wednesdays, 11 a.m.–2 p.m
Location: Outside Union Point (University Union, Bldg 30D)

The Wedge Pizza and Market

The Wedge fires fresh flatbreads and hundreds of pizza pies all day and well into the night in an enormous stone hearth oven. You can also get everything from late-night snacks to last-minute provisions including fresh foods, grab-n-go salads, produce, drinks and even a few grocery items.

Hours: Monday–Friday: 9:30 a.m.–10 p.m.
Location: University Union, Bldg 30D. 

Food Hive

Opening in Fall 2025, Food Hive will be your go-to campus market for hot and cold grab-and-go meals, snacks, produce, beverages, and local finds. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a restock of your mini fridge, you’ll find what you need fast.
