Steps post-acceptance: graduate student

Congratulations, Lumberjack! Welcome to NAU

Once you’re accepted follow these steps to complete your admissions process:

1. Confirm your intent to enroll

Let us know you’ll be joining the Lumberjack family by completing all the steps outlined in your admission offer. For your enrollment to go through, you’ll need to pay all necessary graduate enrollment fees.

2. If you haven’t already, apply for financial aid

Complete the FAFSA and take advantage of scholarships and grants to minimize your cost of attendance at NAU. Be sure to review the financial aid instructions for graduates for all the details you need.

3. Apply for housing

If you plan on living on campus, review application deadlines and learn how to apply for housing at NAU.

4. Upload important documents

Students at NAU’s Flagstaff campus should upload important documents, including your immunization records and ID photo, as outlined in your LOUIE account. Visit the Health & Wellness page to review immunization requirements, frequently asked questions, and instructions for submission.

5. Send us your transcripts

Unofficial transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate work should have been uploaded during your application process.

Your official transcripts, sent from the issuing institution directly to NAU, will be required upon admittance to your graduate program for GPA and degree verification.

NAU undergraduate students do not need to submit official transcripts for NAU coursework.
